The right size
With your knees slightly bent, start the measurement from the center of the kneecap. Measure the circumference 14 cm above this point towards your upper body (A) and 12 cm below it towards your feet (B).

Giusto sostegno alle mie ginocchia
Ne ho acquistati due a distanza di una settimana perché ho problemi ad entrambe le ginocchia (Prima uno total black e poi per taglia esaurita, uno black NBA, comunque tranne che per il logo NBA, praticamente identici). Utilizzati già diverse volte, almeno fino ad ora mi hanno dato il sostegno necessario, ciò che speravo di avere durante l'attività fisica. Giusta la taglia in base alle indicazioni che vengono fornite per la scelta, il mio unico timore riguarda la tenuta allo scivolamento nel tempo perché nella parte superiore interna, il silicone, che dovrebbe appunto non farlo scivolare, non è presente su tutto il bordo ma solo in una piccola porzione del tutore nella parte posteriore. Vedremo nel tempo, inutile fare supposizioni, al momento mi sembra un ottimo acquisto perché ripeto fa pienamente il suo dovere, come nessun altro tutore di altre marche, utilizzato in precedenza, è stato in grado di fare.
